We want you to try the Quiet Mind Sleep System with zero risk. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

How it works: Email us at hello@solacesleepshop.com with your order number and we'll process your refund. No hoops, no hassle.

Physical product (Bluetooth Sleep Mask): If you'd like to return the mask, we'll provide return instructions. If the mask has been used, that's fine — we expect you to try it. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Digital products (eBook, Video Course, Sleep Tracker, Playlist, Journal Pages): Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refund eligibility is based on the honor system. We trust our customers and we stand behind the quality of our content.

Damaged or defective items: If your sleep mask arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@solacesleepshop.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund processing: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
